30 Days of Pain

Today is the first day of a 30 day self-imposed boot camp.  I am only eating canned tuna, baked chicken, and veggies.  No soda.  No juice.  I am drinking water and coffee.  I am going to run/walk 7 days a week.  Lift weights, extremely hard, twice a week.  And I am going to devote most of my time to studying, reading, and writing.  Also, I plan on spending more time with my wife.  Let's see how this goes.
